How does the ordering process work?

To place an order, follow these steps:

  • Fill out the order form on our website, selecting the desired products and quantities.
  • Provide your Name, Delivery address, PAN Number, and Mobile Number for KYC verification.
  • Submit the form, and we will immediately send a tentative quote based on recent market rates via Email.
  • You can discuss with us on email /whatsapp on exact current price/availability and confirm the order by paying 10% of the order amount via bank transfer or UPI after 
  • A Proforma Invoice will be issued upon confirmation within few hours
  • Pay the remaining balance within 24 hours 
  • A Final Tax Invoice will be issued and shared along with dispatch details of the secure courier and tracking link.

The minimum order value is ₹1,00,000 (1 Lakh) for Gold and Silver each. Combined Gold and Silver order will need to have minium 1 lac each of both commodities.

We conduct a KYC (Know Your Customer) check using your PAN Number to ensure a secure and compliant transaction process.

Our prices are based on current market rates for gold and silver. We offer competitive discounts compared to MMTC store prices due to our bulk purchasing model.

  • A 10% advance payment is required via bank transfer to confirm the order.
  • The remaining balance must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the Proforma Invoice.
  • Payments are accepted only through bank transfer.
  • If the item is in stock, it will be dispatched within 24 hours of full payment.
  • If the item is not in stock, it will be dispatched within 5 working days.

We use BVC Logistics, a secure and insured courier service, for all deliveries. There are no delivery charges

Yes, all deliveries through BVC Logistics are fully insured for your peace of mind.

  • A Proforma Invoice will be issued upon order confirmation and receipt of the 10% advance payment.
  • A Final Tax Invoice will be issued and shared once the full payment is received.
